 NetNewsWire 2.0 public beta

Ranchero Software released the first public beta of NetNewsWire 2.0 (the best RSS reader around, IMO) and its new companion application, MarsEdit.

This new version brings many great new features (too much to list them here, but you can see the list of changes). Among the new features are searching, flagging items, custom persistence, tabbed browsing, smart lists, search engine subscriptions, script subscriptions, enclosures, built-in styles, and more! Also the weblog editor has been removed from NetNewsWire, and rebuilt from scratch (with a completely new interface and lots of new features) as a new application named MarsEdit.

The upgrade will be free for registered users of NetNewsWire 1.x.

Check it out!
